Description

pseudobulbs 5-7 cm long; leaves many, 45-60 cm x 16-20 mm, linear, acuminate expanded and equitant at base; inflorescence from axils of leaves upto 60 cm long, peduncle covered throughout with a few loose lancolate, acuminate, convolute sheaths; raceme 10-25 cm long, imbricately and densely flowered; flowers 40-45 mm long, pale lemon yellow, often flushed with pink or brown; sepals and petals subequal, oblanceolate-oblong, acute; labellum 3-lobed, lateral lobes narrow, rounded, erect, incurved; apical lobe small, orbicular-oblong, undulate, the margins incurved, apical lobe small, orbicular-oblong, undulate, the margins incurved; disc between lateral lobes with 2 narrow parallel keels united at the apex and with a large pubercent apex and with a large pubescent callus at the base.
