Description |
pseudobulbs 6-8 cm long; leaves 35-60 cm x 20-25 mm,
elongate linear-lanceolate, expanded and equitant at the
base; inflorescence upto 60 cm long, peduncle curved
nearly to the top with imbricating sheaths; raceme
having upto 10 flowers; flowers 60-75 cm across; sepals
elliptic-oblong, uptlo 38 mm x 15 mm; petals oblong,
narrower; labellum 3-lobed, puberulous; lateral lobes
large elliptic, rounded, erect; apical lobe
oblong-ovate, deflexed, subacute, margins
undulate-crenate; keels 2, running from base to near
apex, hairy and separated by smooth groove; column with
nectariferous sac at the base. |
