Description |

30-45 cm long, stout; leaves 8-12, 15- 30 cm x 15- 45
cm, oblong; inflorescence from above the axil, deflexed,
as long as or longer than leaves, many flowered; flowers
highly fragrant, 18-22 mm across, white with purple
blotches at the extremeties; dorsal sepal 10 mm x 6 mm,
broadly elliptic-ovate; lateral sepals 10-11 mm x 10-11
mm, orbicular-ovate; petals oblong, 10 mm long; labellum
3-lobed, ending in a large, infundibular spur, curved
forwards; lateral lobes shallow, truncate, erose; apical
lobe linear, emarginate, lying between the edges of
lateral lobes and of deep pinkish-purple; column with
elongated foot, 8 mm long.
